This tower is in Portsmouth that is made by fly emirates.

I will be telling you about what we did when we arrived at the tower.

When we arrived we had to have our bags checked (I don't know why).As soon as they checked our bag, they showed us a video about the history of the tower and what you can see at the top of it and why it is important.

Next there was a queue to get to the top of the tower - an elevator can only hold 28 people. I was in the first group to get into the elevator. The elevator takes 28 seconds to get to the top(very quick).

When we got to the top we had to take off our shoes as there was a glass floor. The glass would break if we were not to take off our shoes. There was also a coin maker that makes special coins with the spinnaker tower on the front.

We then went to the sky deck which was a deck without a roof which was much higher than the original deck. You could see the Isle of Wight from the viewpoint on the deck. There wasn't any glass floor though :(.It was still really good.

After that we left the tower and had lunch - my sandwich bag flew away from me whilst I was eating. When we had finished eating lunch we went to the gift shop. The gift shop was full of things that cost way too much. I bought a pen for two pounds. My other gift was a skull pencil sharpener that in my opinion looked very cool.

As it was the last day of the trip, we went back to school after that - it was a very long journey back and a lot of people fell asleep.
