World War 1 was the most interesting and the most known war in the history of the world. There were loads of famous, brave warriors to step up to be involved with the massive war. There were warriors like: Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Wilhelm II and George V.

How did the incredible war begin?
Well, it all started at summer 1914 where a man got assassinated, I know right! You might be thinking to yourself 'how did this massive global war started after an assassination' ? At the beginning of the 20th century, a complex network of alliances kept the peace of the European countries. By the time of July 1914 some countries have emerged!
During the fascinating war, countries such as Britain, Germany, Austria, Hungary, France, Serbia and Russia started creating and inventing many, many weapons. There were invented tanks, there were creating many battleships and they were a load of guns, but not just any old guns, rifles... yes, rifles!
