A Healthy Diet

A healthy diet is very important as that would help you to avoid any illnesses such as cancer. Never eat bad food because if you do you will get obssessed and being obssesed with anything is bad. Bad food is also called junk food. To remain healthy you should eat a little amount of all the five food groups. Also you need to get alot of exersise and regular sleep. All of the five food groups are called: fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates, dairy, protien and fats. You should eat more fruit and vegetables as they are the most healthy out of the lot. You must eat less fats. And that's how you stay healthy! :)
