EWWR was launched as a 3-year project supported by the LIFE+ program of the European commission until July 2012.It continues taking place in the following years. EWWR encourages all Europeans and not only to carry out awarness- raising action about sensible resource and waste management during a single week in November. Registrations open on 1 September. For the 10th consecutive year, wasteservis is coordinating Reduction the organisation of the European week for waste Reduction in Malta & Gozo between the 23rd-29th November 2020.
