Electric Rainbow

WOW!! What a busy week! We have been consolidating our knowledge and skills by carrying out a Rich Task (ROWN) where we have been designing, making and evaulating our products. Our task was to design a product to help Mr Sparkle light his kingdom. We had some fantastic designs, including a light-up crown, light up glasses, and different types of torches.

Techniquest

We have also been on a trip to Techniquest. We were able to consolidate our learning and skills of our topic Electric Rainbow. We worked hard! We played hard! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip helping Delyth, the dragon to find the Wizards wand. We made a rainbow using a prism and light, we made a human circuit and we even got to draw a picture with torches.

We are ready for a week off!! Have a lovely half term.
