Abstract art, also known as nonobjective art or non representational art are painting, sculptures or graphic art  which does not represent anything visual or actual. It is modern art which does not represent images of our everyday world. It has colour, lines and shapes, but they are not intended to represent objects or living things. Abstract art is found in painting and in sculpture.
