Exodus

The ten plagues

"Please Rameses, let my people go, something bad is coming, God will destroy your land just as you destroyed ours!" pleaded Moses. The pharaoh turned away and said nothing.

Days passed as God turned Egypt into hell, fire hail rained down on the city reducing the temples to ash and ruble. Frogs swarmed into the houses, overturning furniture and vases . screams from the river rang out as the water turned into blood. That night dawn never came, darkness swept across the city as the blood went out to sea. When the seemingly endless night finished the cows where ravaged with terrible diseases that caused death and contamination.

Locusts then destroyed the crops causing hunger and starvation.Animals turned against the men and women and bite them insects also swarmed through the city. Every day Moses argued with the king, trying to free the jews. As Moses turned to leave the guards dropped their spears and screamed in pain as boils erupted on their hands. He then spun on his heal and spoke " Tonight comes something worse than you could ever imagine, sorrow and regret will eat at your heart forever ." Moses went and told all the slaves to kill a lamb and paint its blood on their doorway.

That night sorrow and regret began gnawing at the Pharaoh's heavy heart.
