Writing a letter.

Dear Nicole,

It is your friend Kelly. I know that in London it is probably cold but in Malta it is a little bit milder. I love summer very much even if it is really hot. In this letter I will be telling you how I spend my summer holidays. Also before I start how is your grandma. Since you told me that she had covid. I hope she is OK.

First thing in summer I sleep in because we do not have school. Sometimes I go to summer school. There you do lots of crafts and have lots of fun. The weather is very hot sometimes we have heat waves. Which is not good. I get dressed in my swimsuit and I go swimming. I love to swim in the warm water. Sometimes my family and I would go to Gozo and stay there for a couple of weeks. There is also a place called splash and fun. It is the most fun place in Malta. In summer my neighbour's and I like to play some water games which always makes me happy.

In Malta we do not eat warm food like soup because then it will make us very hot. We eat lots of ice cream. I most like to eat vanilla ice cream with the toppings. We eat watermelons, fruit,pizza's and much more. We have a village feast. In this village feast we have fireworks they are very pretty. We also do lots of barbecue where we cook burgers and meat things. The most thing that I like is shopping. I go shopping for lots of summer clothes with my mum and my sister. I like to call my friends or go out with them.
