HI guys,
Noor here and today I am going to tell you one of the things I did in the Easter break. So what we did was we made raisins and crambry oatmeal cookies. I made it with my mom, 2 brothers and my little sister. It was quite fun to make and it tasted like a cookie that was sent down from heaven. Even if it had none of the 2 fruits in it it still tasted delicious. In case you want to try making these cookies yourself I will put the ingredients right below this paragraph.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons brown sugar(1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of raisins and cramberies
INSTRUCTIONS
1 preheat oven to 350* F
2 line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3 with electric mixer on medium high beat the oil, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl for one minute
4 On low speed stir in oats, flower, baking soda and salt
5 Fold in raisins and cramberies
6 Using a scoop or hands shape the dough into 2-inch bowls and place onto baking sheet

8 ( recipe can be doubled)
So this is the recipe to making a great tasting cookie. Keep posted for any more blogs becuase I do post a lot. Make sure to stay indoors and stay active (by putting Joe on TV and doing what he is doing)
