SCIENCE -



Our topic is Materials.



Go on a Materials Hunt. Find objects that are made of wood, metal, plastic

and glass. Draw them on the recording sheet.

Look at the Powerpoint - 'Comparing and Grouping Everyday Materials'. Complete the activities. Cut and stick the materials into the right groups - plastic, metal or fabric.



GEOGRAPHY - Draw a simple map of an

imaginary woodland. Label it.



JIGSAW - Our topic is 'Healthy Me.' We are thinking about making

healthy choices. Around the body template write sentences such as ''

'I choose to eat fruit and vegetables.' 'I choose to ride my bike

to keep fit.' 'I choose to get into bed early.' 'I choose to get fresh air everyday.'

ART - Make, draw, colour or paint a terrible beast. It can be 2D or 3D.

Use the templates to make your own finger puppets. Create characters from a favourite book.

Design a book cover for your favourite book.

Colour in a Welsh Dragon for St. David's Day.

Make a daffodil.
