Loughor Inshore Rescue Station

On Wednesday 10th February, Year 1 and 2 went to Loughor Lifeboat Station to learn more about water safety and how the crew rescue people, animals and stranded boats at sea. John, Jonathon and Anthony, members of the rescue crew joined us to teach us all about thier job. We found out that they do not get paid for rescuing people and that this was their second job. We learnt lots of information and really enjoyed watching the videos and watching Miss Jones dressing up in the bunny suit and dry suit.
