The Vikings had a huge impact on Britain and Ireland. They fistern England, northern and western Scotland and iland, northern and western Scotland and in Ireland and on the Isle of man.

They founded new kingdoms and towns in places they settled ,and brought with them art styles and technology that influenced and blended with local culture.They also left legacy in language and place-names that can still be left today.
