We are thinking about the five "ways to well-being".


This week we our focus is …. BE ACTIVE.


Your challenge this week is to be active every, single day and we are lucky that Coach Robin has come along to help us! Your teachers will be sharing his dance activities on Google Classroom.


There are also other fantastic ways to BE ACTIVE:


  • Get outside for a walk or run
  • Ride your bike or scooter
