The teacher climbed the roof of the wooden house which the alley cats lived in. He found it easy to do this wearing his mauve trousers. The alligator was his pet. The teacher , Mr. Shepherd, tried to climb from the alley cat's house to the chimney with the alligator called Cornal. They put on old tape music and tried to be rock stars. The ally cats came and joined them and then they had a party.
