Greek Wars

The Macedonian wars

The Macedonian wars were a series of conflicts between the Roman Republic and their Greek allies, and the city of Macedonia. There were four of them. They eventually led to the end of the Seleucid empire as a world dominating empire, and the start of the early Roman empire. The Romans fought Macedonia and Seleucid empire, then a final war with the Achaean league (which was considered the final stage of the wars.)
