There are lots of different Sheltie books my favourite one is

Sheltie and the runaway.

What happens ?

Emma shelties owner has a friend called Sally she has

a pony called Minnow. Sadly Minnow runs away.

So Emma , Sheltie and Sally go out to look for Minnow. After

weeks of looking searching

they eventually find him Hidng but not hurt.

If Sheltie was a real pony he would look a

bit like this one its a shetland pony the majority of shetland ponies orinate from

the shetland isles in the north east of mainland scotland.
