TRANSITION TO YEAR

Year 6 you will need to be ready because you are basically recapping the whole school learning.

With some extra information. You are going to be top of the school so you will be introduced to Head boy Head girl and Deputy head boy and Deputy Head girl. As well as House captain. Also you will be set in front of the school. With the younger people watching you so set a good example. If you do something really silly in front of younger ones they might copy you which might not be good, because this can change there behaviour which can be bad.

Year 6 is preparing you to your S.A.T.S which after that you can take grammar test to see if you can get into one of the top schools such as Sutton grammar. However you don't have to do the test you can just pick a school which you don't really have to do a hard test to get in.

In year 6 you are going to be learning more sensible and more disturbing work because we all need to learn about it and you don't have to stress. Evan if it is stressful, talk to adult because it is better to tell someone at get it out of you. Don't talk to someone very rude because it will end up like this you will get told off you have made someone sad and now you are feeling annoyed so you hurt one persons feelings but you will get punished, also have fun it goes quick.

When you start year 6 the learning will be a lot easier because like i said you a basically recapping everything you have learnt but in more detail. We read books over 200 pages if you were curious to know how many pages were in each book that we read.

You are going to have a lot of fun in year 6 because we have fun school trips (well we did not get that many because of covid). Art is quite fun and most subjects are fun and if you behave you will likely get some awards which might make you happy. That it mostly it and I hope you enjoy year 6.
