FIND A NICE WAY THAT MAKES YOU
PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AND
HAPPY
Being active can make me a healthier and happy person,
but for many people, physical activity may seem like a
chore. The different between viewing excercise as boring
or diffcult and thinking of it as a fun, enjoyable activity
lies in choosing an active lifestyle, that's right for you.
To be active, I only need to find the right activity, set responsable goals for myself, and identify the right sources of motivitation to keep me going. If I can tackle all this, I'll be up and active in no time.
These are ways that make me physical active and
happy.
