National School Sports Week

Today I did 4 of Coach Denys national sports week challenge. The challenges were side to side jumps then, then toe taps, then plank jumps(which was the hardest) and star jumps I completed it in 1 min and 42 seconds but you might think its slow but when you actually do it then you'll feel the pressure. The next challenge was throwing a bib far from where you are then you run to each one and put it on then do 5 star jumps then when you get to each bib you add another 5 star jumps then you get back and finish. The next challenge was to throw a tennis ball or a bean bag then clap once then throw it again but this time you stand up because in the 1st one you sit down but when you stand up you clap twice then the next one you pat it up clap then catch it but u have to do each one 5 times. The next activity was definitely the hardest. So you have to throw a bib 5 steps from where you are then throw another one 3 steps from where you are then another then another. After you have to balance a bean bag and walk to the bibs and flick them with your feet then catch it without the beanbag falling then you go to every bib and do it. Here is a picture.
