HEALTHY EATING
EAT HEALTHY IS NOT DIET. WHEN EATING HEALTHY,
MEANS THAT WE EAT FROM EACH FOOD CATEGORY.
THIS PYRAMID SHOWS DIFFERENT FOODS AND
TELL US HOW MUCH TO CONSUME PER DAY.
FOR EXAMPLE; WHITE MEAT SUCH AS FISH AND
CHICKEN CAN BE TAKEN MORE THAN SWEETS OR
CARBS SUCH AS POTATO OR PASTA.
FRUITS ALSO CAN BE TAKEN WITH MODERATE PORTION
PER DAY BUT VEGETABLES CAN BE TAKEN MORE THAN FRUITS.
EXCERCISING OUR BODY IS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT.
THIS IS BECAUSE THE BODY NEEDS MOVEMENT.
I LOVE TO DO SOME EXCERCISE.
