HOW I MADE MY CATAPULT

We tied two lolly-pop sticks together with an elastic band

with some blue-tac in the middle to create the spring action.

Next, we got some masking-tape to tie the spoon to the end of

the lolly-pop stick.

HOW WE USED IT

We created spherical objects out of blue-tac and placed them in

the spoon. We had targets that were egg poachers* and I got one

in! By pulling back on the spoon and letting go, it shot the little blue-tac balls

away.

We also put some cat biscuits in the spoon and shot them and our

cat ran after them!
