Ways to calm down!

Sometimes you feel different emotions due to a lot of things. Maybe you feel sad,angry or annoyed. If you can't let any emotions out, try to think of happier things like forgiveness, happiness or joy. Here are some other things to help you calm down:

1: Punch a pillow

2: Get into bed and cry

3: Talk to someone

4: Hug something

5:Look at bright colours!

6: Count to ten

7: Think happy thoughts

8: Wash your hands

9: Take deep breaths

10: Read a book
