There are lots of ways to stay healthy E.G. doing sports,eating healthy,foods and lots more.


Eating your 5 a day

Your five a day is when you eat 5 portions per day of different types of fruit and vegetables.

The five a day I try to eat are:

1] apple

2] cucumber

3]carrots

4] peas

5] sweetcorn

3-5 of your 5 a day is really good but just try to get 5

Exercise

Exercise can help in lots of ways.It can help your fitness your health and even makes you happier.I used to play a lot of football but now we are in lockdown I still do, but I don't do it as much so that means I've been doing a lot more walks and go on my bike. I also do workouts with Joe Wicks on Youtube.
