My Giant Swing Adventure

My harness clicked shut, the ladder rolled away, it was time, there was no looking back. I giggled with fear trying not to show how petrified I really was. Looking nervously at Ruth - who was on the swing next to me - I could see the fear in her eyes. The swing pulled me and Ruth back, at on point I really felt like I was going to be sick, I nearly said stop - half way to the top - but I knew I had to go to the top if I wouldn't have, I knew I would've regretted it. We had reached the top Mark us it was time to pull the leaver. I told Ruth to pull it. Without any warning, I was flying in the air. I had the time of my life. When the swing stopped at the tree tops and I could not believe I had done it.
