FOOTBALL&TENNIS
I play football. The teams I support are QPR (Queens Ranger Parks) and England.
⚽️ OPR are my home team. kits are very important for football so the PLAYERS can tell if its their team or not. There are two different colour kits for one team: the Home kit and the away kit.
Football was organised the year 476BC in China. However, when it began it was called CuJu.
Each football team must have at least 11 players. The players attempt to get the ball into the opponent’s goal without using their hands. The goal keeper saved the ball going into the goal. 11 players may be on the field from each team at any time.
I don't play Tennis. However, I still like it. I watch some games, but not a lot.
Through years Tennis had been played by people. The Greeks, Romans and people from Eygpt. Tennis is organised in Great Britain that is were world cup is held.

Food is very important only if you eat the right amount. I eat 5 fruit or vegs a day. To stay health you need all of this food. However, you can not just eat the fats part of the pie chart.
How you keep healthy:
keep healthy
Go to the Gym
Eat healthily
Don't stay at home
WATCHING TV
Take walks
Go on runs
You don't always need to eat healthy you do need to eat unhealthy things like yummy chocolate and lolly pops. Same as your 5-a-day for fruit have your 5-a-day for chocolate as well.
