Varjak Paw

Varjak Paw is a very exciting and tense book to read and has lots of cliff-hangers that made you sit on the edge of your seat more and more as the story went on. At first, I couldn't quite work out what was happening but as I got into the story and started reading it more reguarly, I found that this story was full of adventure.

Varjak Paw is an adventurous book about a mestorian blue cat who needs to learn to fight. He escapes from his home in order to bring back a dog as the elder paw had requested. Once he arrives in the city, he meets new friends and new dangers. Whilst he is there, he needs to learn the three skills of Jalal: slow-time, shadow-walking and moving-circles.

I would highly recommend this book for people of all ages over eight years old as younger people may find some parts in this book scary.
