My Favourite Dinosaur

We would like you to tell us about your favourite dinosaur. Your half term homework is to practise and put together some ideas to present after half term. We will give each child the opportunity to speak to the class about their favourite dinosaur over a 2 week period (roughly). In order to help the children present they can show pictures (can send via Class Dojo) or display something from J2e to help. Please make sure not to include lots of text but include words or phrases and pictures to help with the presentation as we all want to see your face when speaking. Please can I emphasise that this is not something the children should worry about it is more of a show and tell opportunity.

You could talk about:

-What your favourite dinosaur is.

-Why this is your favourite dinosaur 'I like this dinosaur because....'

-Facts about the dinosaur.

Success Criteria:

• I can speak loud and clear to listeners
• I can be confident
• I can make eye contact
• I can use expression when I speak
