• Text messaging and messaging apps on mobile or tablet devices
• Instant messaging, direct messaging, and online chatting over the internet
• Online forums, chat rooms, and message boards, such as Reddit
• Email
• Online gaming communities

PHYSICAL BULLYING

Physical bullying can take many forms:

• Hitting
• Pushing
• Tripping
• Slapping
• Spitting
• Stealing or destroying possessions, including books, clothing, or lunch money

VERBAL BULLYING

Verbal Bulling is a way of bullying when you speak. This is when you call someone else something bad. It could also be when you drag someone down, put them in a bad situation or to put yourselves on top of that person. An example of that with be when you are showing off in front of someone who can't buy/get all the luxury stuff that you have.
