I was walking down my street when i suddenly came across a rather bizarre scarecrow .

It was how do i say it wearing a dress and had a some white type of material on its head . I was pretty sure it was a scarecrow i mean if it wasn't then why would it be in the garden . Any ways that would be too much of a scarecrow to me if i was a bird . That could even give me a shock attack if it scared a human that much then it would obviously scare a bird more worse than it scared me .
