We need to eat, but we should not eat too much of one type of food or you will get larger and larger. So never ever eat too much of one food!!!

We should eat at least one food from each food group every day! The 5 food groups are Carbohydrates, Fruit & Veg, Dairy, Proteins, and Fats.

You must exercise regularly!!!
