Frostbite, a condition where your skin and tissues freeze after experiencing freezing temperatures for a long amount of time.

Frostnip, most commonly happens on your toes or fingers, you may get red, tingling or numb skin.

Hypothermia which is when you lose more heat than your body can produce, the symptoms are shivering, slurred speech, slow breathing, lack of coordination and confusion, this may some times lead to death.

Move them to a warm area and remove wet clothes, never warm it- it could refreeze, but try to stop it getting colder, wrap the person in blankets treat them gently and monitor their breathing, if you have frost bite on your feet don't walk because it will cause more damage.
