Fitness Week

On Tuesday we did Just4Kicks in Beverly park.

It was so much fun! We played tons of games.

The first game that I played was a game which there

were 3 stations and at each one you had to bounce a ball

on a net which looked like a trampoline but they

said it wasn't. Then who ever it went to they had to

bounce it back with your hand. If you had bounced it 3 times you

would get promoted to a higher station. If you missed 3

you would get demoted to a lower station. I was terrible at it.

The second game was a complicated one so 2 people went up to the

caught while the other half of the group waited then the 2 people hit the

balls of of the cones and the when they were done

they started running between 2 cones while the other half

tried to put them back on the cones and how many runs they did

between the cone thats how many points they would get.

The third game was a tough one. You had to dodge the dodge balls

getting thrown at you in a circle and you had to try and get all 4 bibs.

The fourth game was diamond cricket. it is basically cricket but with 4 batters.

In the afternoon we went up onto the field and each teacher in year 5 had a little station

there was bench ball , football , skipping and diamond cricket.



Wednesday


On Wednesday we went to New Malden Tennis Club and it was so much fun.

We got to play a real match of tennis.



Thursday


On Thursday we had the inflatable. There was a huge slide and a

obstacle corse. It was really fun.



Friday


On Friday it was sports day it was so much fun especially the up and over , the sack race , the 40m sprint and the egg and spoon race.



I forgot how fun school could be.
