R is for, ask someone if it's RELIABLE. The internet has wonderful information but some people try to spam or con you.

T is for TELL SOMEONE. Tell an adult immediately if you are worried or get an anonymous file

is for STAY SAFE, never ever give anyone any personal details about yourself.

is for MEETING UP COULD BE DANGEROUS, especially when being in touch with a stranger. Always ask an adult to check if it's safe.
