What do you think a healthy day is?

I think it is

Breakfast

You should have a bowl of porridge and a glass of milk or if you don't like milk try cereal and a glass of orange juice.

Snack

You should have a piece of fruit or some vegetables.

Lunch

I think you should have a sandwich, yogurt and piece of fruit and a bottle of water.

Dinner

Then for dinner a chicken casserole and some vegetables, to drink a healthy non added sugar juice.

You should add some exersise in there as well.
