As some of you know, I went to ballet classes
for 4 years and to keep all the skills I learnt, I
practise them every day. Everyday I did my exercises only in the evening because that was the only moment I had time. Due to COVID-19, I have more time so I do my indoor exercises 2 times a day.
Usually, I do normal splits on the floor so, to push
myself even more I do them on these chairs. In the
image on the right, I try to lift my leg nearer and nearer
to my head to keep me flexible. Everyday, I get nearer
and nearer to my goal.
