Mr T's Top Tips for the 5 Sentence Challenge

Choose beefy vocabulary - paint a picture with your words.

Think cohesion - how will your sentences flow? Will you use adverbials? Connectives?

Think punctuation - try to avoid comma splicing (Year 5 and 6 especially). Can you link two independent clauses with a conjunction or a semi-colon (if you can then you make two sentences into one and therefore will be able to write more!).

Write with a smile on your face - enjoy yourselves and if you get any encouraging comments from other people, please acknowledge them.
