Nicolus was born on the 19 Febuary 1473.Copernicus was a Polish astronomer, best known for his theory that the Sun and not the Earth is at the centre of the universe. A astronomer is a person that study's sapace. When he was 10 his father died. He was the first person that discoverd that earth orbits around the sun. I think that Nicolus didnt want to share his idea because if he was wrong he could of gone to court and get aressted.

The bishop died in 1512 and Copernicus moved to Frauenberg, where he had long held a position as a canon, an administrative appointment in the church.
