Dear Blog,

Today was the best day ever! Me and my class had our own Great Fire of Greenford.I could watch the dancing flames all day, moving majestically.I loved the quiet cracling of the fire whilst the houses burned down.It was a sight I'd never forget.I did feel a little sad at first, seeing my house burning down but I also felt gratefull that I got to see it.

Firstly the fire was lit in Pudding Lane, where the Great Fire of London actually started.I couldn't see fire at first but after a while I saw flames poping out of no where. The flames soon got bigger and bigger, taller and taller. The grey smoke filled the air, making some people choke. After a fue minutes I felt the heat eventhough I was standing quite far from the actual fire. As my house caught fire, I felt a pang in my heart. I thought about all the hard worck I put into it and felt like crying. The fire was drawing to an end but surprisingly, the flames got even bigger! At the end, all that was left was a heap of ash
