The Production!

At the beginning we have the nativity

At the end we have the production.

It is a group effort

And everyone has their part to play.

Boris Johnson is keeping us informed,

So we know if we can perform.

Are we doing it outdoors?

Or even indoors?

“What ‘s it called?”

Nobody has heard of it before,

Just like the songs

Which made everybody laugh.

The costumes were to good to be true,

We were all amused at how we all looked,

We were given stage directions to follow,

But some of us saw it differently and did our own thing!  

It may be loved by all,

Or disliked by all.

Will it be a comedy?

Or a tragedy?

We will all try our best to entertain our audience,

And hope the filming of it gets us an Oscar!

We will enjoy ourselves

And thank everyone who has helped us make it happen.
