Here is some of the brilliant work the children have completed, including finding initial letter sounds, writing words, matching words to pictures, finding "one more/one less", and matching shapes. The children have started to learn about "split digraphs" (like a_e), and have loved looking for split digraphs in books on the carpet!

To celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, the children have been busy decorating flags, party crowns, and designing their own bunting for the celebrations next week.

For non-uniform day on Friday, the children enjoyed some free choice activities. They had such fun at the PTA school disco - thank you to those who helped to organise this.

Outside, the children loved the water tray, painting with water, and even building a fort!
