Eating a healthy diet is one of the most important
ways to keep healthy. It also has a direct effect on
health which means it helps with diseases.
Get enough sleep
Dr. Mark Liponis reported that not having enough
sleep can cause heart attacks high blood pressure
and other serious effects. Adults should have
8 and a half hours of sleep each night.
Exercise
The US department of health stated that adults
aged 18-64 should have at least 2 hours and 30 mins
of exercise like walking or a jog but they can also
have 1 hour and 15 mins doing intense exercise a week
like running and going to the gym pushing yourself.
Brushing your teeth
Brushing your teeth after a meal and brushing daily
is one of the most simplest ways to keeps healthy.
If you don't brush it could cause serious diseases.
