Google Classroom Homework.

Thank you so much for your co-operation with accessing Google Classroom - we have had another practise in class today, so the children should know what to do.

I have set the children another task for them to complete over the 1/2 term holiday. This is a 'Ruby Bridges' comprehension, which links with Black History Month. There is a text to read and then some questions to answer.

Please submit this Google Classroom homework by Wednesday 4th November.

Reading and Spelling

I have also sent home an individual 'Reading and Spelling' homework for each child to practise reading and spelling over the holiday - these words are from the Year 1 and Year 2 Common Exception Words list, which the children need to know by the time they leave Year 2. Please take some time to go over these with your child.

As well as completing your homework, please enjoy reading for at least 20 minutes each day!
