The Tudor

Tudor shoes sometimes looked like clown shoes and where not very practical.

Tudors ladies had a rope [tie] on the back of their dresses to make it fit and different reasons.

Tudors had a rope for their waist to make their waist small.

They had a cane if the children were naughty and disrespectful, so they whacked them on the hand bum and cheek.

In the Tudor times the boys and men wore jerkin jackets.

The poor people had to steal food from the

rich farms, some got caught and were

executed and some had to stay in jail and they suffered.

the town needed to pay taxes to king henry the eighth , and they ended up broke [ poor ] but ,eventually got money back from their jobs.

henry the eighth decapitated criminals that committed treason and they were boiled and covered in

tar and put on display bishop fisher head was on display because he didn't agree to a the religions changes and same happened to him but his head didn't rot away like the others so it was thrown in the water.

The red rose was the symbol of the House of Lancaster and the white rose was the symbol of the House of York. Henry VII was the first Tudor king and a Lancastrian.
