Mines and Tunneling

Mines and Tunneling were used often in the trenches to gain advantage

against the enemy. Also, they used to place mines under the enemy trenches and cause a lot of damage. It is calculated that no one can have survived any mine. The biggest crater was caused by the British army against the Germans and it was called the Lochnagar crater.

As you can see the size of the people and the size of the crater is a huge difference. Remember that this was one mine that was set off.
