Dear NHS workers,

I am writing this letter to you to send my biggest thanks to you for risking your lives on the front line for us and the entire country. You are the biggest heroes in England for your heroic sacrifices.

Our love of the NHS is something that unites people living in the UK like nothing else can. We all know someone that owes their life to the NHS and it often comes out on top when we’re asked what we’re most proud of.

But it would be nothing without the incredible people like you – doctors, nurses, paramedics, midwives, cleaners, care workers and many more – that work selflessly and tirelessly, week in and week out, to make sure we can all have free, life-saving care whenever we need it.

You have been especially essential during the time of this terrible virus and the cost of saving lives sadly takes away some of your lives so I promise to fight heart and soul to protect the NHS, during these hard times and whatever comes next. But right now I want to say a huge thank you, especially during the coronavirus outbreak, for the incredible work you do.

Best Wishes,

Hassan Mohamed
