Excellent Evolution

Trip to the Galapagos Island

I, Charles Darwin , has been on an amazing journey to the Galapagos Islands. During my trip on the HMS Beagle, I discovered a book called " The Origin of the species" which I now call " The theory of Evolution." When I entered the stunning scenery of the Galapagos Islands, I investigated lots of animals including; finches and tortoises. Finches are also know as birds and they are very colourful and pretty. Their eyes glow in the night sky and they nearly blind me.

Tortoises

On my journey , I also met the most mesmerizing creature in the world and it was a tortoise. It weighed more than 500 pounds and it had a long neck as long as a giraffe. This amazing creature is so beautiful than it nearly made standing still in awe. I really wanted to keep it but I wasn't allowed to. I have never seen an animal this great and I am happy I have found it.

Early life

I called these animals "Darwin animals." I am a naturalist and I like working for my father but he always says that I am a disgrace to the family. I married a girl called Emma who is as pretty as a flower. We had 10 children but a few of them died. I wouldn't know what to do without my family.
