The virus

Hi, my name is Amelie,

But for some reason, I don't have a family.

Don't worry, I'm only joking!

I only wanted your mind to go blowing.

Since the virus started,

Everything became very weird.

Everything is so different,

Because everyone is staying distant.

Everyone wears masks,

And people really want to ask:

"When can the kids go back to school?

So they can finally sit down on their own stool."

Because of the virus,

In my house I'm always bored,

And I wish I could have a sword.

So I could have some fun,

In the shiny, pretty sun.

I don't really know what else to say,

So I'm just gonna ask " are you bored too?"
