Saving our blue

We need to start saving our seas. Today I'm to show you how to start saving our seas because turtles and other sea creatures are dying because of us throwing rubbish everywhere and then it ends up in the sea.

In the sea there are over 5.3 to 14 billion of plastic. Each year , people are cleaning out 136 million of plastic junk. Plastic is very hard to dissolve so it stay in the sea for thousands of years.

Instead of throwing your rubbish in the sea or on the floor, gather it and before you go home find a

dustbin and throw it there. If the dustbins are full try and find another one or take it home and throw

it with the rest of your rubbish at home. In sea turtles thinks that a plastic bag is a jellyfish so when

it tries to eat they die.

Don't forget to take cloth bags and not plastic bags so we avoid using plastic. If a fish eats plastic and a fisherman catches it, when you eat it , you might get food poison because of that plastic.

When someone ask if you need a straw with your drink, say no and bring cups with you wherever you go. If we all avoid just one thing of plastic ,we might destroy plastic from our seas forever.

Let's think blue for our blue
