THE ESCAPED GIRL

once there was a girl. Her name was Rosie. One day her mother and father were taken away and she was taken to work in a factory. She always wondered why, how and who took her parents away. Whenever she was knitting or washing she always imagined 'one day I will escape this horrible place and find my parents'. Every night she packed up all she had and thought of attempting to escape...she never did. The next day, when she was washing she found a bit of mud on one of her dresses. Just as she was about to hide it the factory owner had already spotted it! She was terrified as she entered his office. Then about a minute later she felt numb... she had just seen the man take out a cane. As he lifted his hand up she squealed and the next minute she was in more pain than she had ever been in. The man pushed her out and sent her to her dormitory. As she lay there crying, she had an idea. As she hated this place so much and she wanted to find her parents, she decided she was going to escape tonight. Rosie packed up her bag and waited until night fall. As everyone went to sleep she got up and headed out. She was prepared for a challenge however, in no time she was out. She ran down the street and found shelter.
