HEALTHY EATING

Tuesday: tomato pasta, spinach cake, mango sorbet (mango is the most commonest fruit), all sorts salad, celery sticks, asparagus, orange juice.

Wednesday: broccoli sticks, mushroom pie, potato chips, strawberries with chocolate, red pepper, pear spirals, green beans.

Monday: spinach biscuit, holy apple, carrot coins, potato circles, banana cake, cucumber spirals, mushy peas.

On Wednesday we had a healthy eating assembly. The person leading it hold us that now we have to eat seven veg or fruit a day. So I have put together a healthy week anytime menu:

Thursday: peach parts, hole plum, lemonade, avocado strips, aubergine, beetroot salad, sweetcorn.

Friday: artichoke hearts, Brussels sprout mash, broad bean salad, carrot sticks, damson jam on toast, fig and almond trifle, Chicory Gratin.

Saturday: 7 veg and fruit pizza.

Sunday: union soup, 2 fruit fruit salad, 4 fruit ice cream.
